in general mags eye helps only when you have a sufficently low hit rate,which you shouldnt be having.I dun have the maths,i believe its on wowhead or somewhere here,you can check it out.i believe the best dps set up is icon + crusade with a capped spell hit rating ( unless you r like me,need the +32 spell hit gem so cant use the deck)

i have to correct myself it does procc of each time SoC deals damage, just tested in karazhan

Well Mag's Eye also has massive +damage too. But overall the Crusade card is better if you can keep the stack up reliably.

Yeah, it stacks off the explosion as well as the application. Been said a few times before, just confirming it yet again ;)

I have found that its typically better not to use the Crusade card for trash/farming if you have both solid +spell damage trinkets (Icon, Quag's Eye, ZA Trinket, etc). The Crusade trinket really shines on longer fights where you can keep the buff stacked 10x for a period of time.

The Ace drops off the "last" bosses in Outlands instances. The other cards are all world drops, although they seem to have a slightly higher chance to drop in instances. It took me about two months to build my deck after I got the initial Ace drop in Shadow Labs, with lots of trawling the AH and trade channel. Totally worth it.
