Voidfire Wand - Any quests that can upgrade this?

Voidfire Wand - Are there any quests that can lead me to an upgrade to this?

I would rather have a wand with Shadow damage... any suggestions from the Den afficionados?

I have been doing kara frequently and nothing has dropped there that I can use or maybe it's just my luck??

The badge wand is a simple and safe answer. Save badges, buy the witchdoctor's stick. Doesn't rely on a drop rate, and 2 weeks farming tops for a full kara cleaing guild. If you aren't doing that, get in some heroic and get the badges that way.

Ultimately, canadianpimp's gear guide gives a great list of wands - all of which happen to be shadow damage

Aran's wand is very nice and obtainable since you are already in Kara.
