+26 healing as far as I know does affect Siphon and Drain Life, Could it be better to use the first gem, than the second or the third one?

Healing does NOT affect Siphon/Drain Life. The healing done to you is based on how much damage the spell does to the mob. The tooltip says that it heals you for however much damage is done. The only spell that healing affects is health funnel, since that is a direct healing spell that is ONLY a healing spell.
