Hit Cap with Draenei

Is it ok to not hit cap by just that 1% if you will always have the +1% from a draenei in your group?

Hit cap is a good goal to aim for however if other items can boost your crit/haste/damage by a significant margin then use the upgrades as they come especially if you have a draenei to supplement your hit.

I always run with a Draenei Elemental shaman now (4% spell hit to group), so i have been raiding with less spell hit than usual. It works.
