In some hardcorish guilds, they don't wanna "waste time" and there is quite a lot of peer pressure to ress up and buff up as soon as possible, so farming for more shards mid raid will cause a lot of annoyance. People say "Why didn't you bring enough shards in advance" while no matter how much you bring ends up to be enough.
Yup, and those are the same people you wasted shards summoning before the raid.

Just disappointing
It by no means was OP in any way, shape, or form

Yet it was a unique item, and right, I chose it over a neat looking harvester. Oops.
I think once, maybe twice I pulled it out - battling where I couldn't make shards (grey enemies), and one time on a raid w/lots of summons and stones and re-pet.

I'm just sad they went out of there way to kill a little uniqueness.
Why don't they just automatically send us the harvester then, or shard it for us? =b
