which legs?
The World of Warcraft Armory is me. to get that out of the way. i'm heavy affliction spec. so that everyone is aware - i'm not in a huge guild and i only get the chance to raid when i can fill in spots or pug. going into this week my objective was clear. i needed 5 emblems of valor to purchase the valorous shoulderpads, which was going to replace my Runecaster's Mantle. a much needed upgrade. Upon equipping those, i had been keeping the Heroes' gloves in my bank so that i could equip them and access the 4 set bonus, even though in my opinion the gloves weren't any better than the Gloves of Glistening Runes i was currently using. well in a very fortunate series of events last night, i was able to run naxx 25 and rolled a ton of gear even though i was a pug. i picked up the Lost Jewel, the Off-Hand and Wand you see equipped, as well as the Leggings of Atrophy, and... much to my surprise... rolled the lost conquerer shoulderpads and was thus able to get the valorous shoulders without spending my emblems. so i gemmed & enchanted those up, slapped them on and then had to figure out how to spend 65 emblems. i decided to purchase the boots because i needed to up my hit rating (currently relying on the wintry hat and a blue trinket for a lot of my hit during raids). i still strongly feel this was the right decision. OK - so here's my problem. The Leggings of Atrophy are clearly better (The World of Warcraft Armory) than the heroes legs i'm wearing now. the problem is if i equip them, i'll lose the 4 set bonus.... and a pretty significant amount of haste so i'm trying to figure out if i should: 1 - stick with the current setup, keeping the 4 set bonus until i can roll some better gear (so keep the atrophy legs in my bank) 2 - equip the atrophy legs & then seek out some gloves that are better than heroes and/or gloves of glistening runes thoughts? 4 socket bonus isnt worth it imo.. thats some pretty nice legs.. |

i'm sorry by socket i meant set.... to clarify.... (the 300 spirit every time you cast life tap) |
