When using wowhead to find gear upgrades I have always rated stats as follows: Spell Power >> Haste <=> Hit >> Crit. The exact weights keep changing but basically Spell Power is greater than anything else. Haste and Hit are close to being equal with either rate slight above the other depending on the weighting values I am using. Crit is use to bolster Haste & Crit weights and to help increase those 10k Incinerate crits I am seeing with fallenman's suggested 3.1.2 deep desto build. Current Weighting Scale Resulting Build Note: I did swap out one piece for a piece tier 8 gear to get the 4-piece bonus. I don't recall exactly which piece off the top of my head. The build also includes the gems but not enchants on the gear. Wowhead won't "compare" enchants, yet. Edit: I should have mentioned that I gear for the hard hit cap given the fact the guild I am in usually starts raiding before I get off work. So I have a tendency to pug into raids more often that not and am not really in a position to rely on consistent, ideal raid makeups. Last edited by dnbrmg; May 22, 2009 at 07:01 PM.. |
