Weird set bonuses from T9-gear
The T9-set which will be release in the 3.2-patch is kinda funny. It clearly states that Blizz want's locks to be more pet-dependant I think but it's the 4-piecebonus that doesn't make that much of a sense at all. Though I think Wow.com have written it wrong and that it should be 0.1 seconds, but this will benefit Aff, Demo and Hybrid-locks the most cause Destrolocks doesnt use Corruption, at least not atm. yeah I don't get the 4 piece bonus at all will have to see if this is correct. The 2 piece looks interesting though especially for Empowered Imp with the changes Blizz have proposed to the spell. |

Yes the four Piece Bonus Confused me as well. Does it increase the cast time or the Damage? I think the Best of then bonuses was the tier 7. Life tap Bonus was awesome.. |

there's way too many place holders in the patch atm I'd wait, blizzard will fix things and clarify things as soon as the PTR testing starts |

Being destro I'm a bit disappointed with again the lack of haste on our tier set pieces. Haste is almost as valuable as spellpower for destro and crit is a lot less. Already with T8 gear it's arguable that breaking the 4-setbonus for individual upgrades for the slots is better due to lack of haste on T8. Looking at the setbonus on T9 I don't think it will be worth it to collect it this time around and just look for single BiS pieces.

I would disagree. With the long cast time of SB haste is way more important for afflocks. Crit should be more important for destro. BUT i do agree that haste should be put there somewhere for the benefit of all specs. I always thought pets couldn't critically hit, guess they can after the patch. |

It is an odd set bonus, but ermmmm yeh pets do critically hit.... cant remember when it came in but yeh they do mate lol. The x2 bonus will benefit destro locks nicely with the changes to empowered imp but it seems like they want people to reroll hybrid/meta specs to reap the benefits of the x4 and im certainly hoping its a typo with the .011secs but shamans i think have there x4 set bonus as something similar like .21secs i think. I dont think people should be worrying too much atm as ptr's are only goin up now, could be changes before live launch

Yup the 4pc set bonus is clearly a placeholder that Blizz need to revisit. It looks like it will add damage but by how much is the question |
