I think the 2 piece bonus looks good and I think I saw somewhere that the 100% crit chance is actually a small dps increase even with the nerf to F&B so the increased pet crit chance will increase our dps further. My problem is the 4 piece, it will probably be a good increase to dps I have 2 piece bonus from T8.5 and it is a nice increase to my dps. It just seems like Blizz can't be bothered thinking of anything decent for Locks and have basically just copied the T8 2 piece and added an extra spell to it. MEH! The say they want to stop the similarities between Locks and Mages and when I saw the 2 piece bonus I thought great they are doing something to address this then I saw the 4 piece and not only is it un-thought out but they have also missed an oppurtunity to make Locks less Mage like. With the class that seems to be shrinking rapiidly I think they should do all they can to get locks back playing again! |

I dont know why people are hating on the 2piece bonus. Demonology is underplayed solely because pets suck. Give them more crit, so demo locks proc demonic pact more often and contribute even more as raid utility. I'm excited. |

The 4 piece set bonus doesn't make sense at all, most of the other classes get a substantial upgrade in damage, such a Storm Strike, or Lava Burst, I do not understand why blizz can not give us a damage upgrade by maybe 3-5% on ticks maybe for our DoTs, the 2 piece is a okay bonus but it feels to me that we got jipped in the new gear. =( |
