Warlock Trinkets - Thread #2
Since the original thread was created in December 08, a lot of the posts are out of date. Time for a new thread me thinks... For all your trinket discussion.

i think this is the right place to put it, anyway i have 4 trinkets, and im really not sure which on es to use Embrace of the spider dying curse sundial of the exiled elemental focus stone im hit capped if either elemental focus stone or dying curse are equipped , but im also not sure what procs stack with witch, as this woudl really help in deciding what to have if you have any suggestions of which procs stack or what trinkets i should use please say. thanks |

The Spell Power boost from both is about the same, but the haste proc off embrace (which averages out to 90ish haste for each minute it is active) is better than the 84 crit on sundial. But those two are pretty similar. |

Greeting fellow locks, Currently using, Sundial of the Exiled. and Embrace of the Spider Quick question I came across a Darkmoon Card: Death in my travels and was wondering if I should trade out either of my trinkets for it. I have 369 hit and the +3% spell hit talent and am sporting a 53/1/17 build. Thoughts? I apologize if this is off topic.

ok, i already have IotDS and sundial equiped, but tonight i got elemental focus stone as well. /confused. im destro btw, hit capped for raids. i think i will save it for when i need the hit. what you think?

Armory is down as I post this. I currently have the Egg trinket. I have enough badges to get the sundial of the exiled. Is this a worthwhile combo until I can get into Naxx for the Embrace of the spider? Any other trinkets that are easy to get that come to mind for me. I will link my armory asap. |

Sundial is excellent, and you should have it. Does the egg even proc for you anymore?

I currently have an issue I would like some input on. I've played a destro specc since 3.1.0, played standard affliction before that. I used to have 3 points in supression so that I would be hit capped for raids. 3% from Supression, 1% from Draenei, 3% Misery/Imp FF, which would leave me to accuire 10% myself to reach the magical 17%. As I've gotten some more hit i reached 12% hit and I really wanted to specc Imp Soul Leech so I had replenishment for the raid / 10 man and I presume there will be an increase in dps when i regen more mana and can therefore skip some Lifetaps during a bossfight. The problem was to get the 0/13/58 build i needed 1% more hit. I really didnt want to gem spellhit gems in my sockets nor change enchants. So here goes my question. I have currently have these trinkets: Fate of Scales, Eye of the Broodmother and Elemental Focus Stone. To resolve my hit situation I need to wear the EFS until i accuire some other item that will give me that 1% hit instede of this trinket. (Only wearing it on Boss's ) But which of the 2 other trinkets would you rate the best to go with my last trinket slot on boss fights. Eye of the Broodmother vs. Fate of Scales. I know it can also be situation based on the fights, but then list which you'd use on which fights in Ulduar as that is what I raid these days. Or is the specc a very low dps upgrade and wearing FoS and EotB with no imp soulleech, 1 point in supression and maybe 3 points in Netherprotection and 1 more point in demonic power a better solution. Cheers for any input |
