Glyph of Life Tap Vs. Glyph of Incinerate
Hey guys, I'm a destro build, spec'd into 0/13/58, and my current glyphs are incinerate,immolate, and conflagrate. My friend wants to me to change my incinerate glyph to a Glyph of Life Tap tho. Here's my Armory page The World of Warcraft Armory Was just wonderin which glyph would increase my dps greater. Glyph of Lifetap, or Glyph of Incinerate? Thanks

If you have Improved Soul Leech (which you should as 0/13/58) then you don't lifetap enough to warrant the lifetap glyph. So your friend is wrong. |

If you have Replenishment (Improve soul leech) you won't lifetap often and your current glyphs are best. If you do not have Improved Soul Leech, then you will be lifetapping more, and the Lifetap glyph is better.

im gona be honest with yah it comes down to this now lifetap gives you a major boost of sp for 20 seconds i forgot te amount and incinerate increases critical and damage dealt now to me it comes down to this how many incinerates can you get off in that 20 seconds period divide 20 by the cast time of incinerate and youll ge the number you can shoot now what it comes down to is the damage more or less from the glyphs kinda one of those things yah gotta do the math on imo the incinerate glyph is much better increasing your damage and critical allows for more crits and higher number hits all the time and no having to waste a cd or w/e on using the lifetap to keep it going also deduct the time you hit the life tap and how many you do because i bet if you add up all the time it takes to use it you can surely get like 2 incinerates out but anyways id say keep incinerate way better in imo |
