gear upgrade help - sorryyyyyy
Hey guys, im truely sorry to be posting a gear upgrade thread when theres so many about, but i just cant find the answers im looking for through searching alone. Basically, my guild is poorly pregressed, 2/5 in toc10, 7/14ish in uld10 Now i try and pug whatever raids i can to get extra upgrades out of guild raid time. I currently have the T8 Chest and helm bought for EoC's Now here is why my problem comes in...do I or do i not split the 2pc set bonus up? I decided to buy the [wowitem]Mantle of Catastrophic Emanation[/wowitem] about 2-3 weeks ago as the hit was a big help etc. The only set piece of T9 I have is the gloves (ilvl232). I was saving up my EoT's to buy the T9 legs, meaning I would have both my T8 and T9 set bonuses. (2pc) However, as soon as i hit my 50 EoT's i needed for the legs a set of legs drop in ToC25 Leggings of the Soothing Touch. Now, these are clearly better than the T9 legs, so do i buy the T9 chest or helm? breaking up my T8 set bonus? or the mantle? or what do you suggest? Other upgrades are the ring from onyxia's head which i need to wait till i can get some more hit first, and I have the Elemental Focus Stone any suggestions would be great

They're slighty better because of the decent amount of spirit they have on them. But ultimately, it's going to pay off to have the Merlin's Robe crafted for you, and have the shoulders, helm, leggings, and gloves for your 4 set. But those leggings are very nice. You could keep them, and build the 4 set around them. Run OS every week for the Illustration of the Dragon Soul. One of the best caster trinkets out there next to the Reign of the Unliving. Eye of the Broodmother is nice as well, and is very easy to get. GL |

since were on topic would Pauldrons of Revered Mortality - Item - World of Warcraft be better than Kel'Thuzad's Shoulderpads of Conquest - Item - World of Warcraft ? which would give me the 4 pc bonus I really like the haste on Pauldrons of Revered Mortality - Item - World of Warcraft but does havin the 4pc bonus do better dps or go for the haste? thx!! |
