Dr. Damage
Dr. Damage Download from: [ WoW Ace ] Rating: Handy, could live without but if someone asks would mention it...Description: Recount is a damage meter that is designed with being a raid analysis tool and get better information on you can improve player?s performance. Member comments: I use dr. damage to maximize my gear. a lot of times a piece I think would be better is actually worse in terms of DPS. this especially holds true for boss fights. i have a handful of different pieces of gear that i will switch in and out. on some pieces i find that the amount of +damage an item has out weighs the amount of +hit another would give me. so I find Dr. Damage very handy. ~ Magnusram Yeah, this is a theory crafter type mod. I have used this whilst leveling and learning the class. That is, it lets you know what spells to use to maximize damage or efficiency (DPM). I suppose once you know the in's and out's of lock spells under all talent/gear builds then this mod loses its usefulness. ~ Thralock I personally find it great to use. It's extremely configurable (so you can stop it from always displaying the spell information breakdown) and you can even specify what theorycraft information you want it to show. For people that aren't into theorycrafting, or aren't as concerned with details of their spell performance, then it's much less useful. ~ Swoop

Re: Dr. Damage
Recount is better. Dr Damage is probably the oldest of the damage meters. |

Re: Dr. Damage
Dr.Damage is a must if you want to see how much each spell hits for and yat yat. Recount is a Damage meter while it give us some of the same information I still use Dr.Damage. |

Re: Dr. Damage
I'm not sure what people are talking about here... Dr. Damage is not a damage meter, it's a thing to modify your spell tooltips to show theoretical damage ranges based on the gear you have equipped. And I would rate it somewhere between highly recommended and must-have. |

Re: Dr. Damage
Kinda neat to see the damage of spells, but I didn't like the extra numbers on my buttons. I'd probably use it again if I was trying to level another toon just to get a quick compare of all the damages, but no longer that handy having been 70 for so long. |

Re: Dr. Damage
This is a must-have mod for all the number-crunching theory-crafters out there. I'm not a big fan of it personally but when I introduced my boyfriend and his friend to it, they fell in love with it hard and fast. |

I suppose once you know the in's and out's of lock spells under all talent/gear builds then this mod loses its usefulness. Also Ace based for easy updating. |
