It looks like the recount, gold, buttons etc are from FuBar with various plugins |

Have you tried increasing the scale of the UI? If you install the skin first then increase the scale of the UI so it fits the screen then bring in all your other add ons to fit around it. Not sure if this will work as I've not really used pre fab skins like these |

Hi there Regarding Lyn UI - Lyn has stopped playing WoW so no more updates. Source : LynUI : WoWInterface Downloads : Minimalistic Compilations Instead i have been using this for some time now (even before the new patch) : ALZA UI : WoWInterface Downloads : Minimalistic Compilations With my own favourite addons Can get a few screenshots tonight from Ulduar
