Not sure if this is the right thread for this. But I tried this ui and backed up all my files like advised. While fun I wanted to switched back to what wow runs normally. Then when I removed the ui and replaced my folders that were backed up and now I find I can't use an alt modifier for anything. I can hold alt down and it shows all my hot keys changing to spells I want. But when I press a second key it fires off my spell I have bound to nomod:alt. I can hold alt and click on the icon and it works properly. But it won't fire off correctly if I use alt-1 or alt-2 etc. I'm greatly confused at the moment as to how to fix it. Anyone else have a problem like that? |

 You might want to check your WTF folder. Some files may not have been cleared and restored correctly. You can try to move your WTF folder to another location, then move individual files back until the <alt> problem returns.

This is so frustrating. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still wont' work. I didn't delete the entire folder after wow finished uninstalling though. I think I'm going to do that next. I've done some more checking. I went back and replaced everything in my wtf folder and nothing changed. It's not just alt, it's every modifer. I can't even make a new macro with a modifier. It ignores alt, shift, crtl and just does whatever isn't set to a mod. I'm just going to delete everything and start a fresh install and backup just my macro text files this time. |

I use a speedpad (Belkin n50) for mine, which is why the bars switch with alt/ctrl/shift. There should be plenty of room to expand the bars upward, just by (re)moving the raid pets (/stuf, then click Stuf Raid. Move the X,Y coords as necessary). Clicking the Dominos LDB launcher puts you in config mode. You'll see that I have bar1 (the main bar) linked to bars 2-4 (hidden at the upper right). Unlink these bars by selecting Bar1 -> Modifiers, moving everything to 'disabled'. You can then move Bar2 (or more) down below Bar1. The bars below Bar4 are actually only visible by holding Ctrl + Alt, useful for sticking 'things I hardly use but don't feel like opening my spellbook for.' I don't think there's enough room to expand to rows of 6 buttons, but you could always reduce the scale of the bars as needed for that. My wife's UI includes a "Wall of Buttons" in pretty much that spot.
