Rogue: what to spec to?

This was my main until i fell in love with playing my lock but recently I started playing him alot more....as the most raiding he will see is Kara (since my lock is doing 25 mans) I have switched his focus to PVP, he still has his old spec btw so I need to switch it to a pvp spec. I have enough honor to get one piece of S1 gear and I am torn if I should go with a mace or a piece of armour and then either go with a combat mace spec or a deep sub. spec...

Anyway...in a nutshell...need advice on what I should buy first and what spec. to go with. What in your opinions is the uber pvp spec.? I am open to try anything.

As you will see the xmas hat on in my armoury, i normally wear the tier 4 helm from kara.

I played a stock raid build (20/41/0) for a long time and needed a change. The 0/31/30 I have linked is getting nerfed in the next patch so time will tell if it remains viable. It is pretty flexible however, as it does well in Kara/heroics/BGs - not done arena on this toon but I know several solid 1800+ rogues are using this in arena.

In your Armory it looks like you are toting Latro's x2. As far as first piece of gear, as a Sinister Strike combat rogue you want a MH weapon with a larger damage range; these tend to be slower but given that SS hits out of the normal attack sequence for the full amount of the weapon, a fast small range leaves damage on the table.
