Shaman: What bonus' do i want on my shammy?

Stamina, intellect, strength, im going to become elemental spec, i was just wondering what i shud be looking for on my clothing.

by elemental i assume either 41/0/20 or 40/0/21
you'll want..

spell damage (more the better)
spell crit (30%+ crit with lightning bolt is ideal)
spell haste (not critical but its nice to have a bit)
a 'little' bit of spell hit (if your raid)
Mp5 (mana per 5)

stat wise, Stam and Int.

everything else can be forgotten, melee stats have no use at all for an elemental shaman.. you dont melee.
