@OP: best name us the teams you are playing in. There are a couple of known strategies which make sense to follow, but they depend on your team setups. Your spec and tactic should always be based on your teamsetup.

I don't have a team yet, although 3s will probably be rogue/pally/lock. I have two more weeks of raiding to get my guild through, hopefully with an Al'ar kill in there. After that I'll be changing spec to start arena for our holiday break. I'll definitely let everyone know one I get details.
