Re: Need advice vs Druid Cats
Druids are easy if you have similiar gear. If they have plenty of PVP gear which you don't have, it is really hard job.
Anyway the most simple tactic against druids is full dots, fear and drain life. It's better if you spec as SL/SL. Use fear and DC especially to interrupt their healing. Also use felhunter to spell lock healing and devour druid's healing buffs. Keep your felpuppy always on druid to keep him in combat. And finally try to keep very close to druid if possible to avoid stunning attacks. But this last one is really hard. |

Re: Need advice vs Druid Cats
I case of fighting druids is best to leave spell lock and devour magic on auto (I think this is the only time when it's good to do this). This way it will auto spell lock the druid when he turns into caster form for heal, and devour mark of the wild anytime it's up. You may need to be Sl/Sl to survive that initial stunt + high damage. If you do not interrupt the heals you'll be out of mana soon and you will just end up lifetaping yourself to death. Sometimes this happened to me when fighting resto druids, feral has alot lower healing capability but it is still very much there.

Re: Need advice vs Druid Cats
I manually spell lock and devour. The spelllock is the most important thing. CoX kiting works great against bears, too.
Many go Cat -> Bear -> Heal. Cat phase: Trinket/Dot/Run/Deathcoil (not NEARLY as hard as against rogues) Bear: CoX/Redot/run Heal: Spelllock/Fear/Drain That is what I do. |

Re: Need advice vs Druid Cats
Beating a well geared rogue is very difficult unless you yourself have equivalent PvP gear and soul link. As you gear up, feral druids will become a joke, and you'll thank your lucky stars in Arenas when you go up against a feral druid vs a resto druid

Re: Need advice vs Druid Cats
Feral druids are hurting you so bad b/c you dont have the resilience or health to stop their beat-down method. When you get better gear they wont crit you as much and you will live longer. B/c you will live longer their one or 2 cat form stuns wont be a roblem and you can fear them around and drain life...you will be glad they picked you to mess with

Re: Need advice vs Druid Cats
I find druids quite easy:
Go FG build for all PVPing. Abuse fear CoT when they are low on health Abuse fear Save DC as an interupt to their healing (they will usually go bear form to charge and stun before a heal). Abuse fear If you're quick you can get your FG to intercept immediately after they charge. Abuse fear - they should be immune by now but also dead. A smart druid will travel form away from a lock. |
