Re: Killing a Rogue...Written by a Rogue.
hehe perception has saved my tail tons of times with fel hunter = see any rouges for 40 yards = deathcoil dots hehe it better as a humnan lock with the uber instant cast of doom spec with full destro with soulburn and confalg *** Information added 5 Minutes and 47 Seconds later... *** not to mention alchemists dont use there live free action potion enough when they get stuned at the begining that normaly screws them over and then if you can get a shadowfury out followed by deathcoil it isfunny to see how they react alchemists are actualy quite good pvp cats eye elixer and free action pots = rouge proffing

Human Perception: changed to a passive, now grants one character level of passive stealth detection Although always active, it now only grants a mere 5 points of stealth detection (one level) versus the old 50 points.

Re: Killing a Rogue...Written by a Rogue.
anyway alchemy is v good for pvp you need to be able to use the right pots at the right times (also the odd invis is good to go too) alchemists can beat a rouge it al counts on the specific pot availible to them there are some amazing pots out there that can anti rouge you while they on cd just kill a mage or a shaman

Don't know how many times I've seen my rogue partner get tagged from literally across the arena because of Perception. It happens many many times and I'm glad to see this nerf. |

Yeah it's kind of weird the few times i've caught them shadowsteping me, it was almost like a split second lag right before it hit and i was able to move... really weird but it worked lol |

![]() As for Lessic, there is always a bit of a lag from when Shadowstep is activated and he gets to your position, so it is always possible that he won't be directly behind you when he reappears.....

Re: Killing a Rogue...Written by a Rogue.
I'm a bit bummed about Will of the Forsaken. I mean Its completely understandable that they're removing the immunity but I liked being able to pop it as a fear was being casted on me and being able to cast without worry of interruption. I think it would of been reasonable to give a 5 second buff that will remove the first fear effect that you are effected by and go away. Oh well! I'm not that bummed out, it still gives undead a huge advantage against any fear using class. I was doing a bit of dueling today and I noticed this happening a few times, I would deathcoil a rogue and they would vanish while it was in the air and..it appeared that deathcoil did nothing. No healing recieved, no preventing the rogue from vanishing no knocking him out of vanish, but an eaten deathcoil CD. Pretty annoying. |

Re: Killing a Rogue...Written by a Rogue.
Keep moving! Seems like common sense but heres why its worth mentioning: I'm outside of the US so I have 300-400ms ping times. I have both a l70 Rogue and Warlock. I rerolled a Warlock after getting tired of "Your target is too far away" while playing my Rogue even though, according to my screen, I was standing on top of them. While playings 3s with my Rogue, I've spent 1/2 a match in stealth on more than one occasion because I simply couldn't hit anyone who wasn't standing still. |

Re: Killing a Rogue...Written by a Rogue.
Yeah moving around helps especially if they aren't sub. To make this all the more easier they should make it so you can use Meta when stunned. |
