Resilence cap?

thinking of gem choice and just want to know the reslience cap so i can add more stam or dam gems if i want to

is 493 the actual cap against dots and mana drains now ? I remember reading somewhere there wasnt an actual cap on drains / dots

Little question, if you have reached the resilience cap is it still worth it to take Demonic Resilience as SL/SL?

- The resilience cap is a cap to crit damage reduction. It hasn't been tested for crit chance reduction past 493, but even if it did reduce crit chance past that point it wouldn't be worth stacking because it becomes so much less valuable.
- As far as I can tell from my own testing, Demonic Resilience does stack with resilience regardless of what crit chance reduction you have.
- Even if Demonic Resilience didn't stack, it would still be worth it for the reduction in pet damage on any team where you have a healer. The only time you should be speccing out of Demonic Resilience in a Soul Link build is when you're playing 2 DPS in 2v2 or 3 DPS in 3v3.

Just out of curiosity: Where would you put the points? I do double DPS right now and noone wastes time to kill my Felguard. But the other choices are weaker in my opinion.

Probably the spec is 27/34 where you get +4% shadow damage.
