my battlegroup is Ruin and sometimes we start out with only 50% people.
the reason is many players queue in AV and another battleground.
the queue time for AV is <1 min, and the other one is usually >3 or 4 mins.
so we join AV, get the mana biscuits, HS, and buff, and kill Bal for the 63 honors. usually the other Battleground pops up before we kill bal, so we hide it and wait. therefore we always join the other Battleground right before the timer ends, which means the Battleground almost starts or has started.
