Where is new honor items?

loged on only for few seconds but only saw belt and necklace in hall of legends... do i need the rateing to see the others or are they loacted somewhere else?

is the veteran ring gone now as well? guess I'll have to grind out seal of the exorcist until i get the rating needed for guardian ring
