rant: Battlegrind

My battlegroup wins about 30% of the time. I don't mind losing but when you lose 7/10 it really gets frustrating. It feels like a slow uphill battle every time i go into a BG just to earn x amount of honor. Yesterday, it just about took me all day just to barely win the daily AV(the very first game alliance got 575 honor to our 83...yes 83) I love to play but my goodness I get so upset and stressed at losing so many in a row.

I'm in the same boat, however my server can get a few good premades going. Then the good honor rolls in

That is the downside with hordes, however, you have a biig advantage over AB-WSG and sometimes EOTS aswell, we have an uphill battle for marks, you have an uphill battle for honor fair and square

Well.. i got the same problem. But i think that the queue system in my battle group is bugged because every time i play a eots The Alliance got 15/15 players when the game starts and The Horde only got 8/15.. this is realy annoying me and i have no idee why blizz ain't get that problem solved.

So i wonder is there some more here who thinks that their queue system is bugged? :P

I can sure feel ya pain,my battle group is the same way.AV is about the only one we have a chance to win without a pre-made.I told myself that I will never ever again step inside of a wsg anymore.It is truely sickening of how bad we lose there.There was a tauren druid that came into IF last night and it took at least 5-6 70's to finally take him out.I don't know if the horde are "better built" for pvp or what but it seems that way sometimes.

I feel for you. I have a 100 AV marks in my bank and a mailbox full of them and in all that time i've only won 5 times.

There is a lot of QQ'ing (me included) about not winning battlegrounds and such, but do real records actually exist?

For example, is the information known of a battle group, what the alliance / horde ratio of wins / losses are? Broken down by specific battleground?

Real numbers?

btw the 30% wins hasnt been just AV, its been all BG's

I have close to my last 100 games recorded on HKCounter on the 4 BGs, and the results is that Alliance wins 57% or so AVs. Wins 40% WSG, 35% AB, and 45% EOTS. They are just my data on my server, but that trend will continue.
