But will their be another vendor similar to those in Hall of Champions, that offers level 80 gear for honor? Something less than whatever the current arena season is? I just started with BC so maybe all of those "welfare" epics are simply past seasons of Arena gear.

Doesn't seem like many people are happy about the way bliz is making pvp to mean Arena. For those that say its not, you are just dead wrong. Why should arena gear be so much better than BG gear? Those that enjoy doing arena will have top of the line gear and still play BGs where those that do not like arena will be stuck being under geared. Something has to give.

People are more angry about the fact that pvp gear (apart from the crafted set) is not available until s5 starts, except of course unless you PVE in wintergrasp and get it now. There is a very large debate about it on the official boards. Sucks really.
