which server owns you in BG's
hiya all, just wanted to know people's thoughts on battlegrounds and when you see that the other faction has a lot of players from the one server (yes i know there prob all premades but that dosnt allways = win), which one makes you cringe/ gives you the hardest fight. for me (being on the bloodlust battle group) when i see heaps of players from frostmourne i know its gonna be an up hill fight. on the other hand i have been told (by people who moved server) that blackrock is pretty hard to beet, and i have to say that when i see a bg with more blackrock on my side i notice we tend to win.

Frostmourne players tend to be really mean but not very skilled. There's so much ganking it's not even funny. Some people in my guild like to teabag people we kill before raids. Frostmourne Alliance is actually better at PvP than the Horde though, judging from Arena standings on Bloodlust. Glick and his crew play on Tichondrius so it's probably a good PvP server. Blackrock probably has the highest server-wide level of skill and gear, though. They do have a reputation for it. I tend to not take players from Frostmourne, Ner'zhul, or Thaurissan seriously, and be careful around Blackrock and Tich. For example, I don't fake-cast Mages from the first three. I'm actually thinking of transferring my new main (a priest) to the Reckoning BG because Bloodlust Horde is just horrible a lot of the time. |

I am alliance on the Stormstrike Battlegroup and the horde on Mal'Ganas are definitely known for being very good. It's hard to stop them in PUGs...in premades it's just a farm-fest. |

Actually, what really does kick my *** is all those DK rerolls from Blackrock with "lol" in their names who play together. Eternal, you've probably played against them. Kazlol, Mizelol, etc etc. |

Cho'gall when i see horde from that server as the opposition i usually just run the the closest one and watch them slaughter me. I usually try and find a rogue so I can help him farm honor...hehe. |

actually jon i dont find dk's that big of a problem (there usualy played in bg by people who dont know how to play or cant be bothered, lol) but i do remember having my arse kicked by a group of 4, all with lol in the name. i'll have to look out for them in the future.

I actually think they're previous gladiators who rerolled and were BGing to figure out DK PvP, since most of the times I saw them were before the season started. You're right, most of the DKs I see nowadays are hilaious to fight. There's nothing quite like Arcane Torrent/Spell Lock -> Fear right when they Death Grip (they will DG -> CoI 9 times out of 10, giving you that opening). I no longer play on the RUIN BG, but Skullcrusher Horde are usually well organized, whilst Warsong horde are pitiful.(Our Alliance PUG defeated premade Warsong Horde in AV ALL the time...) Although cross server BGs have fixed the long queue time, the old rivalries are never that intense like the olde Honor ginding, ranking days....
