I think you will find more dedicated PvP guilds on PvP servers. There is a PvP guild on Barthilas-funnily enough named....Premade. This guild does dedicated premade BGs & I believe some raiding as well-though I have never been in this guild a friend has & was quite complimentry to them.

i totally agree with you there, i was in a 45 minute long warsong gulch last night, and we fought a really good battle! we won, and got TONS of honor points for it. but it was fun cause it was such a good group. Both sides fought hard and we actually worked as a team and communicated which is what i want in a guild, but i only get a good BG group about 15% of the time i play. but when i do get in a good group it is totally worth it.
