We are loosing burst in destro due to the 5% drop off of Fire and Brimstone. While I have considered the imp option in arena I dont think we can afford to lose the help of our succy/felhunter/VW. I wont be switching regardless but then again I have pretty much always been destro since WoW came out.

The main change is gonna prevent those kills within the first 10sec for all classes. One thing that might change is crit vs haste. Right now as destro we itemize crit rather then haste. In order to keep our burst up we might need to switch to haste, rely less on multiple crits and more on faster casts.

Still to early to tell if the res. changes are helping or not. While me and 2s partner.. mainly me.. have decided to stop focusing on 2s and more on 3s, last night I had about 30minutes left in me and he asks if I would like to try out some 2s. I wasn't really totally into it, but said sure.

Well we did three fights and lost all of them. 2 of them were to mage/rogues and my lord they got us quickly. sheeped me and killed my priest. Those matches last about 20seconds. It was laughable really.

The one match though was again a resto druid/affliction warlock. My lord that was a crazy fight. It lasted 22minutes. After 10minutes I really just felt like leaving as it was sort of pointless. We lost it to their cc. I was feared then cycloned over and over again. While me and my priest only have fears on our side and they were quickly becoming immune to them.

The restro druids hots destroyed my dots though. At the end I had twice the damage as the other lock, but there healers had twice the amount of heals than ours. I was sort of happy with my performance in there. I mean I did pretty much all I could but it just wasn't working because their healer was better than ours. But geez.. a 22minute long match.. I am dying to try out 3s and see what they are like.

I gave up after the two mage/rogue teams back to back.. chances are they would have farmed us and I didn't want that;) I am curious as to how we would do up against other teams though. maybe we will try some today.

Edit: I just checked and the warlock we lost to was 2000rated and had spellblade and all... gives me hope

hmm... how could they win the mana battle then?

Lock/Priest should easily be able to burn a druids mana bar quickly... but well, if they were that high ranked, they propably knew how to avoid it etc...


Anyone else been in Arena yet? I just heard a fellow DK and rogue player complain that it has gone back to Season 3 with locks being OP ;)

Gonna see if it's true :D

Well, what i think sucks is the fact that for the past week or so I've been noticing more and more teams that have no pvp gear whatsoever, but instead come in there with conquerors and stomping all over people who are full hateful and even full deadly..they come in there and its like resilience doesn't even exists..they will make burst teams for threes and have 3 insane dps and jsut blow everything to pieces..i think blizzard did the opposite of what they were trying to do honestly..its not right that we work so hard to "resil" and when it comes down to it..it doesnt seem like it helps at all!!
