Upside to 3.2 pvp changes
I can understand how you all feel about this, especially about AV being more of a pain. But, you can look at this in a positive light....more lower level characters will be getting 'The Conqueror' and 'The Judicator' (Horde title kicks ass...Conqueror Dreklar  ). However, that also means that those with the title will be considered less epic, and my Defilers and Warsong rep farming will not be worth as much. Then again...the disadvantage to XP being put in the Battlegrounds is that you only get money from corpses of your opponents, and gear that is used at level 80. Also, by the time the character that started getting BG experience at level 71 reaches 77, they will not have the money for Cold Weather Flying. They also will not be able to survive quests at their own level due to a substantial gear difference.......Unless you have a main that gives you heirloom items. Like myself.  (Also, though this is about pvp, should it be moved to the discussion threads? I wasn't sure.) |

Quests where absolutely no problem at all with the pvp gear I had gotten, nor indeed where heroics. It's been about 3 weeks since I hit 80 and have dual specced, got my flying and have a dps set and spec with which I dealt 4.5k dps on the achievement Watch Him Die - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft as well as killing Loken in under 2 minutes etc. My tank gear is coming along very nicely being def rating of 556 20% dodge 18.5% parry and 26.5k HP (blood tank). |
