Destro lock / Retri pala
Hi. So this will be my first time in an arena for me and my retri pala friend. Right now my pvp gear is not so good, but we intend to do bgs until it is. My problem is i never went to an arena in my life. I have no idea how it works with this combo. Is the pala supposed to be healer only? Should i use felhunter or succubus? How much resilence should i be aiming to before i start? Are there any tips or begginner's guide for the arena? And is the destro lock retri pala a good combo? Or it will be better if he's holy? I appreciatte any advice you can give =) |

As a general rule of thumb, when playing Destro, always have you Succubus out, the reason for this being that you never know who your up against, untill the match has begun. The Felhunter is mostly appreciated when your opponent(s) are spell-casters. You shouldn't aim for any thing, the best way to become better is by gathering information and getting experiences! - The sooner you start playing arena the better! When and if you decide to get serious, you should aim for 800+ resilience and 21k+ HP. Since it's your first time ever playing arena, you shouldn't be thinking alot about your setup. But I'll give you a few pointers: Since your starting out, just go DPS both of you. If your friend goes holy, then there will be more work for you to do, especially if the other team(s) you meet has a healer. If I were you I would just jump into it, because there is really no way of knowing what your in for, before you try it for real. Good luck! |

Yeah, and the sooner you start the sooner you get arena points for better gear. I started arena two weeks ago with full frostsavage, I'm now at 1450 rating in 2v2 with a rogue and I'm not too far away from replacing my last pieces of frostsavage.
