Help with Enh Shamans
I have been starting to get into the arena lately and have been finding a very difficult time dealing with Enhancement Shamans. I run with a rogue as destro, and most often we find these teams with priest heals or double dps with dk. Both teams have proven impossible for us to beat. In general: We can get no sort of cc on the shaman, I can shadowfury but then his wolves stun me, I cannot get control of him as he and his wolves are tearing through me. The only thing i can really think of is just for me to hang back and chain cc the shaman after the initial sap while burning priest/dk. But for some reason this hasnt really been working. Any ideas?? I too always get mowed down by enhancement shaman teams. The wolves rip me apart every time before I can do anything. I run as destro and have over 900 resil too... I would really like some help on this |

I have been ****ed by a few enh shammys. It sucks. With 3.3 though, pets will no longer be immune to AoE from PvP, so maybe there is some light at the end of the tunnel? Shadowfury and then hellfire? |

Long story short a Shaman has to burn all of their cooldowns to do this. It makes him tough as nails for about a minute... but afterwards he has nothing left. Surviving that initial burst is key. You might try monkey demon form with Siphon Life to stay up a little longer. Use Demon Armor to take less damage from the wolves... maybe even pop an indestructable potion before hand. Best of luck. Get both him and the wolves in the shadowfury, then blow howl of terror. Use the succy + blind from the rogue to cc the other person while you two nuke the shaman. He should die in a matter of seconds. Personally I never have huge problems with equally geared enhancement shamans, you just need to out dps him while cc'ing the healer.
