*I don't play in the Arena's, so this can still be considered a Nerf for me, and those like me, as I play alongside the Forsaken in Battlegrounds and world PvP frequently.

== EDIT ==
I should also note that I'm really not upset by this either. I used to play Alliance and this particular Racial really pissed me off back then. I agree with the earlier poster that suggested racials become more passive. If it's something your race is good at over another race (such as escaping snares), it makes sense that you would be good at it all the time and not once per situation with a cool down of x amount of time.
If you don't play Arena, it's a nerf to you but it's still a good racial. It's still a free trinket out of a Fear, etc. and You'll be able to get out of normal cc again in another 45 seconds with your medallion. It mainly hurts triple UD rmp that would train a target, and Will of the Forsaken out of a peel, then trinket, and then they're almost already on DR with it and you are running low on peels. In the end, bad players will still be bad and good players will adapt.

Re: WOTF Nerf

I'm utterly distraught that this one special ability, the entire reason I play the game has been removed. This one thing is the heart of every strategy I use for pvp. Naturally I don't think that other people can live without it, and do, in both factions. Clearly they cannot. On top of that I think that it being the heart of my entire pvp strategy doesn't make it OP.

I'm angry at blizzard because I rolled a race based purely on an ability which may or may not change, rather than aesthetic, because undead warlocks are not at all badass.

I'm pretty sure that this is not the "entire reason you play the game". I mean really. If they removed everything else from this game, but that one thing. You'd end up with a character that does nothing while standing around on a black screen with a button labeled "Will of the Forsaken" which by that point has no meaning. The reason you play is because you like the various things you can do, be it Battlegrounds, Arena, Raid, or fish. Just because one element changes doesn't take away "the reason you play the game". It may alter how you play the game, but that's it. You just need to adapt and come up with new strategies.

I am not a role-player, but I made my warlock to be based off of one of my favorite characters in a book, and a character I have always wanted to play in a game. To fit that, I chose a race that was similar(and that I thought looked badass), and class that fit his abilities.

Why someone would roll a certain race just for an ability seems really lame to me, because although it may give you a small advantage, this IS a role-playing game. Whether or not you role-play is up to you.

Blizz made millions when the faction changes came out. I'd be willing to bet that a good 50% (random number) were due to people going UD for the racial advantage in the arenas. 8/10 of the most common 3v3 teams have somebody that can fear (priest, lock, warr).

You say this is a role-playing game, I say this is an E-sport game based on competition ;) So one class having an OP racial that can be game breaking is(was) silly to me.
