True pvp tatics

Now i've seen many differnt tatics right ups and supposed answers to problems presented by classes but they all dont mean anything if you get jumped without the proper pet the only way a pet could possibly factor into a pvp situation is if you got the .5 summon talent

so here is my questions and asnwers

the suc is great true almost every role she can fill if your built right mind ya

but i realized you will not always have the right pet or any pet at all so here is my tatics that can be used with interchangeable pets and not even require them

my build is 32/0/7 shadowlock build with CoEx

Rogues: a stunlock rogue is death simply put unless you have freeaction pots suc or VW up my friend 60 warlock brags about takeing them out heh now i've seen this to confirm haha since it sounds farfetched! but the only way i've seen warlocks beat stunlock rogues is seduce or VW sac would enjoy suggestions(proven) ways to beat them without a pet

Paly: a good paly is very deadly i've been useing CoEx mostly but they also have a 30 second snare immune spell and with the lovely nerf  the problem with outlasting them via kiteing is greatly reduced, but there is ways to beat them without CoEx simply put stack your dots fear them and nuke them to hell haha if you can do enough damage between those 3 fears you should be able win i've done this without pets many times- dont get close to them until there seal gets nerfed!! that thing hurts! . Theres also there nuke yes they have one and often use it when you try to kite, solution turn around drop your spells then a fear haha they simply wont expect it more suggestions for beating these would be helpful

Shamens: only in duels no idea proven tatics vs them without a pet would be helpful

Priest: shadow priests are impossible do your damage before you die- better dots damage absorbing shield heals and dispel yep your dead. Only way i've beaten them is hit them fast and hard with surprise on your side make them run and you will win though not kill them

Druid: these are annoying with curse dispel and that nuke haha just keep your calm and you will win sure there nuke looks big but you can gain that back ALWAYS GET IN CLOSE if they morph in fear then you have won already and there spells arent instant so they need room, if you get close and they root you they will try to get distance to cast there spells either redo your spells or lifedrain. I've beaten many druids and have lost to them these arent not to be under estimated

War: haha this class gimps itself ive made a war alt and have beaten many warlocks already, if they know there stuff your in for some trouble! a smart war will use a shield since they can stop casting for 5 seconds and continue to do this if they get in close! though most dont think and try to melee you down instead of interupting your spells.... member fear isent always needed haha i've acually draintanked a few

Hunter: this class CAN be a ***** but then again they can be EXTREMLY EASY ahahah this 54 hunter jumped me FROM BEHIND i didnet have my pet out.... so i see him cast my spells then charge in 8yds ahahah while his cat beat me he tryed to backpeddle i just kept rushing him and fearing either him or his pet, basicly dont ever try to duke them out at range they win every time get in close!! oh i was 50 at the time when he jumped me

Mage: these can be a ***** just like the druid! they have curse remove and silence but once again think like a melee rush em!! ahaha gotta love when they get spell interupts when i run through them! fear cast your long spells charge in drain and instants and if you got some nice weapons melee!

Warlock: haha these are always fun! its purely a skill game here i've routed a 60 warlock at 49... if you meet in the wild watch your combat status!!! if they sent that suc its gonna be on! haha i saw this once quickly casted see invis and ran outta range when she tryed to cast then quickly CoT and banished the warlock opened up with immo haha bad move! i quickly poped off siphon life CoT and feared then corruption and i started nukeing had the warlock down deathcoil healthstone and pot before bainsh faded i was just down my healthstone i quickly ended it with CoS and deathcoil

all these tatics revolve around YOUR abilitys not your pets! haha gotta member they can disapear very easy and wont always be with you they must never be relyed apon! if ya do your dead....

all battles explained were fought 44-50 without a pet.... mostly due to traveling or recent ganking while grinding hehe

ideas questions? flames? are welcomed! gotta member HUNTERS ARE THE PET CLASS NOT US! haha so we get the ***** gimped pets that we must rely on.... same thing happened in EQ with the mage and beastlord cant add a new class and call it THE pet class when 1 already exsists and relys on there pets.......

I mean this in the nicest possibly way as I am sure your intentions to help Warlocks are good, but, your posts are really hard to read. I did read it from start to finish, but with all the "haha's" and no punctuation, I don't think I got as much from it as I could have.

can never laugh to much.... whether its evil happy or insane! wooh im happy! just been locked outta plaguelands by like 30 alliance haha

and im a grammar(heh edit whoops! i swear i dident see all those forum rules before hehe my bad!) so i hate it esp now since im starting school again

i was fighting a 50 paly just now, noticed that when you nuke the crap outta em them will stop to try heal themselves worked very well when i kept hitting him with searing pain then launched a SB as soon as the fool switched resists auras hehe he acually stuned me and try to run i was gonna own him if his 57 rogue friend dident come... still got the rogue down to 50% gotta love going bezerk when your near death hehe pull out sword and charge!

i also reccomend for large raids rez in the middle of the enemy and cast howl of terror before they know your there did it in Xroads that and arrival of 2 horde rogues turned the tide of the battle complete route after that

That's fine to hate it, but most of us aren't in school and don't read posts that don't contain it. You can hate grammar all you like, so long as you understand a lot of people won't be reading your posts.

Breaking down the classes I have the most problems with in PvP (as a 60 'lock, mostly affliction).

I avoid at all costs:
Priests (Especially if I think shadow focused)
Pally (though they are gradually nerfing them back from impossible)

I will engage only if I can hit first or am in other than 1 on 1:
Mage
Rogue
Shammy

I will engage these most times unless there is an overriding reason not to:
Hunter
Warlock
Druid

I will kill these when I am bored and don't want to farm tradeskill material:
Warrior

Unless I am mistaken, I have never beaten a shadow priest 1 on 1. Maybe, but I don't think so. I have taken a few pallies (three very recently in fact, one last night).

Group PvP is different, of course. Shadow Priests in PvP > me.

Ya vector i had a post on them and people kept saying to use strats that i know will not work vs a Good shadow priest, a good affliction warlock wont have a chance against a good shadow priest, they just do everything we can -better-. I agree with the jobs you picked as avoiding/engaging hehe, so far my experience has been the same, but once i get attacked ill try to fight whatever job, even if i know i might get beat. I actually beat a shaman that tried to jump me once, i have no idea how i pulled that off. Im 95% affliction level 47 so far.

I can't really comment on the Shadow Priest issue. I've only fought one. I got stomped pretty bad, but I fought very poorly and was much younger then. I've done pretty well against priests since then, but I don't know if they were shadow specced or no.

Shamans? Only in duels. I have generally lost, but I can't say I was trying very hard. I'll have to work on some tactics against them just out of general principle.

High level warriors have a fear immunity, so fighting them gets much harder. And you can't count on your succubus against a competent rogue.

But Paladins? I disassemble them pretty quickly. Felhunters make them very easy.
