Vs Undead's WotF
First of all, I have no complaint about Will of the Forsaken, I think it's a good skill and reasonble for an undead to have (I'm a gnome warlock btw). Before reading please don't reply with using professions or items of any kind. I also know that you demonologist knows how to play against one. Please don't say: "respec to demonology" "if you can't beat them, join them" kind of terminology "learn how to play your class" Anyways I would like to know how to play against an undead of any kind (mainly rogues), as Affiction and/or Destructionist warlocks. Will of the Forsaken has immunity to Fear and Seduce/Charm so fearing isn't going to do much due to the '1.5sec + interuption' and I'm not going to say anything about seduce since Will of the Forsaken can counter that. From my knowledge, Will of the Forsaken last for 20 seconds and has a 2 or 3 minute cooldown. From what I experienced within that 20 seconds I die really fast or after 20 seconds I'm really low on health. |

Just a friendly little tip JpnFfantasy, this forum is nothing like the official ones so the "please don't say this" points aren't really needed... could do the opposite and get people's noses out of joint.

when I see Will of the Forsaken activated (white circle wave) i cast coex, if i have swift potion i use it, and run casting our istants :) if you are lucky you survive those 20 sec of immunity without major scratch. better than get killed:) if you have vw off and you see Will of the Forsaken do sacrifice and run circles

supposedly the felhunter can eat Will of the Forsaken, but i haven't confirmed this first hand. other than that, sna has the idea. kite them for 20 seconds while placing instant casts on them. |

Not really, see what you do is bend over and, well, take it like a man. I could go with roll a horde warlock, but you specifically asked people not to say that, although i took my own advice on this, and am quite happy not having to face Will of the Forsaken. Mainly just throw a curse of exhaust on the rogue and pray he doesnt get into range and just happens to have crippling poison on. If you dont have curse of exhaustion, you ahd better have some sort of speed boost or you are toast. Netomatic can make you or break you in this case as well : Fires = you get distance, backfires= you are a sitting duck.
