Leo tank in 3.02
I need help to build my spec post 3.02 for SSC tanking leo. i currently have enough FR gear and enough hit with it on to get to 365 fire resist, but now that the felhunter is no longer necessary, is that -10% spelldamage taken any use at all? or should i just take SL/SL with the improved searing pain or something? i know this fight is probably real easy right now, but i like to do things the right way and not just take a shortcut and assume that i'll be fine. my armory is <--over there and on my profile, but that doesn't seem to ever update. i was thinking of 3 possibilities something like this that uses SL/SL with a imp for a mana battery and searing pain as the threat device. Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft using a felguard and just setting with on attack. using lifetap and searing pain. Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft or using a 40/21 build with the imp out and dpsing and giving my searing pain a ~75% chance to crit (thats with my usual raid makeup) Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft and yes, a mage could probably tank him now, but i have the most FR resist gear in the guild and i find it more interesting than straight up dps, so i'm going for it. |

I suggest staying 0/40/21, as it's a solid build and more than capable of giving everything you need to tank Leo. If your healers don't require you to SL, I'd go imp just as you said, if you do need to link up, I would suggest a felhunter, simply for the HP pool. I love tanking him  .Good luck! |
