If you're pretty well ToC geared, how possible is this? I can imagine that you'd get stuck some places in Naxx (Razuvious unless you happened to bring along an extra few shadow priests), but should be possible (especially OS25). Anyone have any experience?

lilsteele Character Info lilsteele 80 Human Warlock Terenas Euro PvE	Re: 10 manning 25 raids Most encounters where possible with 2-3 healers (and 25 people) already with naxx gear, so it shouldn't be a problem to have two healers for 10 people. I doubt single healing is possible, due to encouters like thaddius, 4HM, but who knows, and you can always off-heal. Tanks can wear dps gear partially, in particular the off-tank can be a plate dps. But as you said, there are some roadblocks, e.g. Razuvious, and probably some enrage timers are not totally trivial to make. As it happens, we were in naxx yesterday with 18 people (low signups^^). Fun stuff to do: - only have one priest for Razuvious... had our main tank tanking the boss through the last 30%... bit RNG though ;) - use all on one side tactic on Gothic, have warlocks, hunters and priests mana drain the boss... he had zero mana when he came down and did a total of 38k damage before he died! - killing your guildies when they are being MC'd in the Kel'thuzad encounter (ye, we didn't get immortal due to some pally taunting Farelina while enraged) - heigan dance achievement because there is no dance phase at all! Also no phase 2 on Anub'rekan and on the first boss in plague. Anyways, I still think 10 manning Naxx 25 could be quite hard... I wonder if the enrage timers on thaddius and Kel'thuzad would be problems. You might want to ask in mmo-champion's forums... if it has already been done, they should know.

You might want to ask in mmo-champion's forums... if it has already been done, they should know.

With six dps, two heals and two tanks I would think each dps would need to put up at least 8k single target dps in a ten man raid in order to overcome Thaddius 25. You'd only get a 50% damage buff on average and you'd still have to come up with 83k+ raid damage which is somewhere around 13k per person + tank damage.

So we're talking 25 TotGC, 258 item level gear, a very balanced raid for buffs including a spriest and two elite tanks who themselves can do 3500 dps. You'd have to be very cutting edge to pull this off I think, but it's just a numbers game. There's nothing on YouTube or Google and I can't imagine anyone doing this and not putting it online in some way.

On the bright side that's the worst fight for dps in a small group, with those kinds of numbers they should easily be able to overcome the Patch an KT enrages.

I would have to imagine it could be done with even less if you had the dps for it. Naxx is quite a bit harder just based on mechanics. Just for fun a group from my guild ran Naxx 10 with 7, 1 tank, 1 healer (alt), and 5 dps. We managed to clear Spider and Plague wings and got Patchwerk down, but decided to call it there, since we wouldn't have gotten past Gluth or Thaddius anyways. With the exception of the shadow priest issue on Razuvious, with the proper composition, I would have to think 10 manning 25 would be possible. I may see if a group from my guild wants to take a stab at this sometime, sounds fun.

I've heard of a few guilds 10 manning 25 OS for IDS. Apparently it's a long fight, but very doable. Let me know how the Naxx turns out if you do it.
