Our elemental Shammy just had a kid and is out of game. The EJ threads I found say to use:

Felguard, Immolate, and Life Tap.

Is the Immolate Glyph more damage than the Meta Glyph or Corruption Glyphs?

The immolate glyph is slightly higher dps than the meta glyph. Though they are so close it really is personal preference.

I prefer the meta glyph because I can perform better in burn phases.

Re: Meta Glyphs

from what I've read the meta and immolate glyphs are almost equal. I'm running with meta glyph atm. I'm fairly certain that the corruption glyph isn't in the discussion for this. I am just starting to use my meta/ruin spec but I don't really know.

Re: Meta Glyphs

If they're that close I'd go with meta since it gives you more "cooldown" to burn off. I don't know anything about playing demo though, so don't tkae my words for anything but words.

When you say EJ thread, do you mean jumping into a slice of an ongoing discussion or a latest posting type of thing?

The latest simcraft's for Demonology use Meta glyph instead of Immolate. See here and scroll into the specification for the 0/56/15 spec

Yeah, that one. That's the one I think the search with a reasonable date on it yielded. And I saw both and I guess the Meta Glyph wins at this point.

Thanks for the help.
