An All-Warlocks Den Guild?

I'm brand spanking new here so it's likely something like this has been brought up long before I got here, but I was just curious if the topic of an all Warlocks Den guild has been discussed? I don't mean an ALL WARLOCKS guild, but a guild comprised of only members of this web site?

The reason I bring this up is, I spent two years playing City of Heroes as a blaster. A blaster was pretty much THE most difficult archtype to play in City of Heroes, much as the warlock is in WOW. Well, all of the blasters got to know one another pretty well and we formed a tight knit group. I bought up the idea of all of us picking a server and forming our own "supergroup" (the COH version of guilds) and amazingly a LOT of people went for it. So we all rolled up alt characters. Some stuck with blasters but most chose to try different archtypes. And if I can be immodest for a moment...we ROCKED.

Having that many players, dedidated to mastering the most diffcult class in the game, all in one guild...we were unstoppable. So I was curious if anything like that had been proposed here?

Granted there are obstacles...time being the biggest one. I have a main I'm still leveling and an alt hunter that I play exclusively with my son. But obstacles aside, is there any interest in picking a server, rolling up alts and forming a guild (possibly called TWD)? With Burning Crusade on the horizon, it may be the worst time to try such a thing OR it may be the best. I know I'm anxious to roll up a Blood Elf. And I'd like to try my hand at being a tank. I mean a REALLY good tank who's dedicated to tanking and not caught up in DPS glory.

Anyway...just thought I'd throw this out there. Maybe it's been tried and failed. Maybe there's no interest. Or maybe its an idea thats time has come. I'm interested in your feelings and input.

id prabably be interested if i had my warlock and hunter at 60 now but right now im just trying to get warlock to 60 before BC even though i prabably wont make it

I think it would be awesome to try! Just like that video recently posted of that MC raid composed entirely of Druids, I wonder how that many Warlocks would do combined.....

I can just picture an obscene amount of corruption and drain life spells...sweet..

But which realm would this be on is the biggest obstacle I think. Unless we found a brand new realm and we rolled new locks (for those who don't really want to leave their current guild)

ya ya!! We got enough time before BC comes out to get to 60...

Well, again, I wasn't think the guild would be ALL WARLOCKS, but rather, all players from this website. Some might choose to be warlocks again (perhaps a different spec) and others might choose a different class entirely.

I don't know. I understand what you are saying about different classes, but just imagine a LEGION of Felguards swarming around, and before anyone can see past them to target us, they will be losing thousands of HP per tick due to the 20 debuffs on them... righteous. Main problem: Alliance or Horde? No way am I teaming up with those little ankle-biting gnomes. Sorry. Just not.

Well, I've always been Alliance. But I'd have NO problem playing Horde. Especially with the introduction of Blood Elves which I'm dying to roll up. In fact, it would be a nice change of pace having never leveled up a Horde.

That's cool. As long as the Horde can assimilate more members of the Alliance over to the side of the oppressed uprising, I have no problem.

sorry for the dampner but there is one major thing to consider ---- there are people from usa and europe and aussi land not to mention the rest of the world and are on servers for that region like im on a euro server

well...each nation could have their own branch of the guild on their nation's server...just a thought...
