Every fight on 1 vs 1 is situational: the player skill, gear and talents plays a big role in those fights(and this order is important). I can bet that it is very hard for a rogue to kill a lock one on one that is affliction base with decent gear. Nobody from blizz cares about who said what needs to be nerfed, they have their own statistics. A lot of people say that rogue is a ganking class but that is not true. It is easier to gank with him but that depends on the player. A good rogue will not atack you when you are alone, no matter where.  Even in BG or anywhere, I would avoid one on one fights in general as a rogue. A good rogue will atack when you are concentrated in other fights and finish you off quick or incapacitate you. Of course I will roll one in the near future.

Eligos said it the best, even if the english was a bit broken, hey i could probably say the same for me. Regardless what his saying is that its all about a players skill in PvP. If you cant be a certian class then you should look in yourself and what knowledge you have and maybe if you impove on that knowledge you might improve your chance of ganking a rogue :P |
