The problem with Primal Shadow, is that it almost never sells. Tailors usually just buy one every 4 days for their cooldown and occasionally you'll see a few people from the same guild farming them for resist gear, but it's rare to see them sell in my experience. |

I am also on EU Eonar - (will give you a wave next time I see you). I had a dreadfull drop rate on shadow motes in the same area. Must try again soon. Another area that you will like is the village in southern netherstorm (Kirinar Village??? I forget its name) The ruined area of it. There are 2 mobs there that spawn very quickly and drop motes of mana at a very good rate. They also die very easily. One is called mana seeker, and the other I can't remember the name, but are a purple ghostly aparition type of thing that spawn in the same place. Both drop motes of mana. Note - the mana seeker does exactly that - so you need to interrupt the mana burn spell, and the other mob have a spell reflect ability so don't cast for the 2 or so seconds that it is active (there is a sound and a visual to let you know its active) after looking at your gear I wouldn't want one of your crits coming back at me lol. I have a very easy time here with instant howl of terror - but you should do just fine with chain fear on multiple mobs (and your gear is sooooo much better than mine). A destrolock friend of mine burns these mobs down in 6-7 seconds each. The mobs can all be pulled one at a time, or more if you so wish. Last edited by lewisteh; July 30, 2007 at 10:08 AM.. |
