Probably, I also won't get in, as my MMORPG experience is 0. But at least it was at least something we Euros could apply to. |

Having lots of mmporg experience is the equivalent of having lots of televison watching experience  It doesn't mean anything . In fact you have no preconceived notions of what a mmporg is like. It also lets blizzard know if its controls/demos are user friendly. Besides I will have more people to pester with WOW questions with Euro beta going on  |

In my heavy playtime days I spent about 10 cents an hour maybe less playing EQ . Even when I was only playing about 10- 15 hours a week i was still only like 25 cents an hour. Is there even 10 to 15 hours a week of television thats worth watching these days :p |

I always love how much we saved when we started playing EQ. Weekends used to involve hiring video's or worse, paying $60 to see a movie in a theatre. Factor in munchies and that... we might go to the driving range for a bit, all in all an average weekend would see us down $100 at least. Considering I paid something like, $20.95 a month (Australian) for my EQ, what a saving!

Yeah people are always aghast that they need to pay monthly for a game, but like you said you save so much money because you don't do as much other stuff. But really the value really just depends on how much you play it. Personally I play quite a bit so it's a very good value for me.
