The Infernal is bugged right now but will be fixed soon (when you summon it, it has level 50 but off course its supposed to have our level). The Impact when you summon it and it hits the ground is fire damage while their melee damage is physical. it also deals fire damage when an opponent attacks it, just like the fire-armor-buff that the imp can give to you.
