hi people im just here to express my anger over blizzard ignorence:
i was in un'goro when i see a rare ape guy. i kill him and guess what... epic!! its called hammer of the northern wind. my 1st :P so anyways i look up on the internet and put it in ah for 500g(lol) so anyways a couple of days later i get unread message from auction house, i think now i can put the epic at a decent price(250g). i see an empty mail :S i think lol maybe a bug so i delete the message. then i go to the AH and i see my epic dissapeared! i check my bags 3 times but cant find it. i open a ticket and message a gm who whispers me. long story short: he fully understands the problem(empty mail,lost epic) and after 2 tickets still thinks that its my fault and i have bad UI or something. his final words were"re-install the game farewall warlock. for the horde!" what a bunch of ***** anyways im here with no epic. just a pissed of warlock. comments plz |

Happened to a buddy of mine, except he was mailing Shadowfang of all things to his twink... UPS didn't deliver that day. Turns out his was a UI malfunction...pretty costly malfunction.
I always laugh myself stupid when they reply with that. ![]() |

Sounds like you accidently deleted the mail with your unsuccessful Auction. Sometimes there is lag and it is possible you deleted the email from the AH before you could see the epic item listed.
Happened to me once, but luckily it wasn't an item worth alot. |

If according to their records, you deleted the item, they can't do anything. Blizz does the best they can about restoring lost items. If it is their fault, they will fix it. They will even fix some things that are your fault, such as mis-distributed loot. However, if you do not fully test your add-ons, that's your fault. Ever think that maybe the add-on you use sux and not Blizz?
While they encourage the use of add-ons, they do not support them. |

We raided Kara for the 6516987561'st time and my GM FINALLY got her Mindblade to drop from Prince. Long story short, she DISENCHANTED it by accident.
Totally distraught, she opened a ticket and within 25 hours she had a Mindblade mailed to her.I didn't think that would happen in a million years but it did. My personal feeling is that it's a roll of the dice when you open your ticket if you're going to get competent help or not. That has been my experience anyway. Knowing this, I'd open a ticket every day if you have to to try and get an appropriate response. Just my 2 coppers... |
