Thumbs up Project Lore

Has any one else here been watching the new Project Lore available on Thottbot and WoWhead?

The basic idea is that they work their way thru all the instances in outland, supposedly from the very first one that you encounter thru the the last one.

So far they've done Hellfire Ramparts and Slave Pens, so obvisously I'm wrong on that part as Blood Furnace is the second instance you should do.

However the series has provided me we a few laughs, and I cant wait to see Shattered Halls as that is the only instance that I haven't done yet, and to be honest dont want to try it again as the first time it toooks us 1 1/2 hrs just to get to the first boss, lol, but would like to see what the rest of the place is like.

Re: Project Lore

I've watched the movies and I'm really confused by what exactly they are trying to do with the movie.
If they are trying to be funny, at least to me, they are not. To be as polite as possible, if they were any less funny, I think I'd cry. If they were trying to be helpful, they didn't provide proper amount of tips, nor have they proven to be the greatest players, for example wiping on Ahune, rogue not dpsing from behind...

Re: Project Lore

I must admit I didn't find it too funny either. I ended up stopping about half way through the first one. Was very well 'put together' though.

Re: Project Lore

It almost seems like they are trying to make the episodes shorter, which takes away from it being a true guide. They need to talk more about the trash pulls (which can be complicated sometimes), and more about each boss.

Re: Project Lore

Ugh.. yeah... not so sure bout that. If they had any clue of what they were doing, they'd have made sure to include a Lock on the team. I mean, seriously. ;)

Re: Project Lore

It is really kind of a lame series they wiped on ahune after switching to heroics. They don't really seem to have a good grasp of the game either, their resto shaman is wearing mostly damage/healing gear :P.

The video wasn't my favorite. I felt like it was a bit blah.

I think thats an over the top post AballahSon... if you have a problem with the makers, then go to the website and say so. This isnt the place for it.

Re: Project Lore

The concept of what they are trying to do is solid, I'm just not so sure about the delivery of the product. They seem a little disorganized.
