Some back story here, I was in org smelting some junk and someone asked in trade if they wanted to level his warrior for a few levels. I jokingly replied in trade, 'sure, pst me your account info, and I'll do it' thinking nobody would be that retarded. Well, I got a whisper from this person asking for mine, so he knows I'm not gonna steal his, (lol?) He didn't get mine, and I called him a tard

It gets better, when I get this whisper, straight up

And people wonder how they get your accounts hacked, seriously. He's lucky I'm not a mega prick, I should have wiped his account clean and taken all the gold.

What you should have done is put all, or as much of, his equipment in the bank as possible, including his hearthstone. Then found some nice annoying place to log him out at. After logging him out and getting back on to your account, send him a pretty letter saying, "Yea I bet getting back to somewhere with a flight point sucked while being naked didn't it? Could have been worse, the next guy would have sold off all your gear, mailed himself your gold, and laughed at your gullablity."

I doubt those are his real details.

He was probably a hacker waiting for someone silly enough to give him their account details in return.

Not surprising, there's alot of stupid people these days and unfortunately alot of them happen to play WoW. I for one am an advocate of removing safety warnings, let the problem solve itself. Seriously though, how can someone be so stupid? It gives me a headache trying to comprehend how an idiot like that can figure out how to breathe let alone use a computer.

The guy could have been a hacker trying to get your info by giving you his (false) info. But I don't think so. His armory profile indicates he does have the gear he says he has. With that kind of stupidity, though, it's only a matter of time before someone cleans him out! Kinda makes me wonder if the character and account was purchased off ebay. Naturally, the guy is too lazy to level this other warrior he wants to level up...so he offers to let someone else do it in trade!

I wouldn't put too much into this. While this person could be just that stupid (which I have seen), more than likely he/she is either someone who is playing dumb to get someone else's account info for a hack job. The info that was given to you is probably fake, or it is a fake account with a level one character.

I am very aware of how many dumb people there are in this world, and even more so in the WoW universe. Somehow though, I doubt this was just some idiot offering his account info.
