I'm most interested about infernals indoors actually. The desperation stun feature would come in handy in some places. Will this include arenas to I wonder? |

Again, i ask demonic tactics remain 5%? Blue posts, as above, may imply 5%+5%, but i cant see anything in the "Patch 3.0.3 notes"... I miss something?

I agree with Suspiria "increased by 1% per rank" implies 5%+5% and "for 5% total" implies 5% But considering the context of the quote (buffing locks) and the fact that the bolded part of the section you quoted is a verbal math problem which is: DemonicTactics_Increase=1%*n (n=number of talent points) |

I just dropped an infernal inside the Exodar today, I think that change came a little early. Patch is likely tomorrow anyways |
