One of the most powerful things I've ever heard
I'd like to link a podcast that I listen to frequently, done by Ciderhelm (webmaster of Tankspot, the warrior/tank equivalent to this site). Some of his podcasts relate to warriors and tanking, but he often covers topics like guild management and other WoW related and non-related issues. This one was related on learning from our experiences, and a great listen if you have some free time.

Re: One of the most powerful things I've ever heard
Indeed, thanks for the link, it was an interesting listen. I definitely agree with this guy's outlook on life. Even if you have some crappy times they will define who you are. We need not to focus on the bad events or wallowing in how hard life is but rather keep our eyes forward and use what we've learned to make better decisions in the future.
