Race change
I just found out about the Will of the Forsaken nerf. Seems all undead racials are going downhill now O_o I'm not sure which race to change to though, but gnomes racials are tempting. |

I've ruled out the following: Undead - Because of crappy nerfed racials Orc - Seems more pve to me Blood Elf - I hate elves Human - I just plain hate humans So Goblin, Gnome, or posibley Worgen. |

In my opinion your race should be more so for flavor than what any benefits you will receive. Pick a race you like and the game is so much more enjoyable than playing a race you dislike. But, right now its looking like Orcs or Blood Elfs. Orcs have the best racials for a warlock, pve wise. Im not sure how useful pvp wise. |

As far as the upcoming races... Worgan racials are: Two Forms, instant, 1.5 sec cooldown, Turn into your currently inactive form. Darkflight, instant, 3 min cooldown, activates your true form increasing movement speed by 70% for 10 sec Viciousness, passive, increases all damage done by 1%. Flayer, passive, skinning skill increased by 15 and allows you to skin faster. Doesn't sound particularly useful to a Warlock... Goblin racials are: Best Deals Anywhere, always receive the best possible gold discount, regardless of faction. Better Living Through Chemistry, Alchemy skill increased by 15. Pack Hobgoblin, Instant, 30 minute cooldown, Calls in your personal servant, allowing you bank access for 1 min. Rocket Barrage, 30 yd range, Instant, 2 min cooldown, Launches your belt rockets at an enemy, dealing 30 fire damage. Rocket Jump, instant, 2 min cooldown, activates your rocket belt to jump forward. Time is Money, cash in on a 1% increase to attack and casting speed. Sounds fun but, again, not particulaly useful... I'm not talking form experience, but I've heard people swear by Orc racials for PvP. Reduced stun, increased pet damage, and a breif spell power buff. The only one that sounds PvP to me is the stun, (kinda) and posibly the pet damage if your Demo, but I've never been an Orc so I don't know. Change to what you may, but please not a gnome. You will never take yourself seriously again! |

agree's with Corm, the worgen speed boost is interesting as an escape mechanism(port then run away), while the goblins just seem plain win, instant damage + escape mechanism. |
