General Class Changes
Talents
The talent system has been reworked. Many talents have been removed, and the trees are now only 7 tiers deep (meaning the top talent requires 30 points in that tree). You must choose a primary tree, and put 31 talent points into that tree before you may put points into another tree.

Each tree also gives one new spell and two bonuses when you choose it as your primary tree. The second bonus may be increased by obtaining mastery rating through gear.

Affliction
New ability: Unstable Affliction
Bonus 1: Shadow Mastery - Increases shadow spell damage by 25%.
Bonus 2: Increases all periodic shadow damage you deal by X%. Each point of Mastery increases periodic shadow damage by an additional Y%

Demonology
New Ability: Summon Felguard
Bonus 1: Increases your Fire and Shadow spell damage by 15%.
Bonus 2: Increases the damage done by your demon servants and damage you deal while transformed into a demon by X%. Each point of mastery increases damage by an additional Y%.

Destruction
New Ability: Conflagrate
Bonus 1: Increases Fire spell damage by 25%.
Bonus 2: Increases all fire damage you deal by X%. Each point of Mastery increases fire damage by an additional Y%.

Demon Abilities
Felguard
Axe Toss - The Felguard hurls his axe, stunning the target for 4 sec.
Felstorm - The Felguard recklessly swings its Axe, striking all nearby targets within 8 yards for its weapon damage plus ((($SP * .50) * 2) * 0.33 + 158) and continuing to perform the attack every 1 sec for 6 sec. The Felguard cannot perform any other abilities during Felstorm.
Legion Strike - A sweeping attack that does the Felguard's weapon damage plus ((($SP * 0.50) * 2) * 0.264 + 138) divided among all targets within 0 yards, and also wounds the Felguard's current target reducing the effectiveness of any healing received by 25% for 6 sec.
Pursuit - Charge an enemy, instantly causing weapon damage and increasing the Felguard's movement speed by 30% for 6 sec.

FelHunter
Devour Magic - Purges 1 beneficial magic effect from an enemy. If an effect is devoured, the Felhunter will be healed for (1283 + (($SP * 0.5) * 0.3)).
Shadow Bite - Bite the enemy, causing (70 + (0.614 * ($SP * 0.5))) Shadow damage plus an additional 15% damage for each of your damage over time effects on the target.
Spell Lock - Silences the enemy for 3 sec. If used on a casting target, it will counter the enemy's spellcast, preventing any spell from that school of magic from being cast for 6 sec.
Fel Intelligence - Increases party and raid members maximum mana by 5401 and causes them to regenerate 828 mana every 5 sec.6

Imp
Firebolt - Deals (124 + (($SP * 0.50) * 0.657)) Fire damage to a target.
Blood Pact - Increases party and raid members' Stamina by 1485.
Flee - Escapes to the Master. Flee removes all stun and bonds.
Singe Magic - Burns harmful magic off the target, removing 1 harmful spell from a friend.

Succubus
Lash of Pain - An instant attack that lashes the target, causing (208 + (0.612 * ($SP * 0.5))) Shadow damage.
Seduction - Seduces the target, preventing all actions for up to 30 sec. Any damage caused will remove the effect. Only works against Humanoids.
Lesser Invisibility - Gives the Succubus Lesser Invisibility for up to 5 min. This spell can only be used out of combat.
Whiplash - Deals 442 shadow damage and instantly knocks back all enemies within 5 yards.

Voidwalker
Consume Shadows - The Voidwalker consumes nearby shadows to bolster its form, recovering 30% health and mana over 6 sec and greatly increasing stealth detection to all nearby friendly targets within 30 yards. Cannot be used while in combat.
Sacrifice - Sacrifices a portion of the Voidwalker's health, giving its master a shield that will absorb 9340 damage for 30 sec. While the shield holds, spellcasting will not be interrupted by damage.
Suffering - The voidwalker taunts the target to attack it, but has no effect if the target is already attacking the voidwalker.
Torment - Torments the targets soul, dealing (729 + (0.512 * ($SP * 0.5))) Shadowstrike damage. Torment causes a high amount of threat.

Soul Shards
  • As items, Soul Shards are going away entirely.
  • Any shard bags used to store Soul Shards will automatically be converted into a bag of roughly equal value.
  • Soul Shards are now a new resource for warlocks. Each warlock will have a total of three. These Soul Shards can be expended using a new spell, Soul Burn, which allows the warlock to augment the next spell cast. The augmentation effect will vary depending on which spell is used, and all warlock spells which can be empowered by Soul Burn will have a tooltip listing of the effect it grants. Soul Shards will no longer be necessary for summoning demons or casting any other spell typically used when out of combat.

Soulburn effects
Drain Life: Cast time reduced by 50%.
Summon Demon: Instant Cast
Demonic Circle: Teleport: Movement speed increased by 50% for 8 sec.
Searing Pain: Increases the critical effect chance of your next Searing Pain by 100%, and your subsequent Searing pain casts by 50% for 6 sec.
Soul Fire: Instant Cast

Glyphs
Prime Glyphs
Bane of Agony - Increases the duration of your Bane of Agony by 4 sec.
Chaos Bolt - Reduces the cooldown on Chaos Bolt by 2 sec.
Conflagrate - Reduces the cooldown of your Conflagrate by 2 sec.
Corruption - Your Corruption spell has a 4% chance to cause you to enter a Shadow Trance state after damaging the opponent. The Shadow Trance state reduces the casting time of your next Shadow Bolt spell by 100%.
Felguard - Increases the damage done by your Felguard's Legion Strike by 5%.
Haunt - The bonus damage granted by your Haunt spell is increased by an additional 3%.
Immolate - Increases the periodic damage of your Immolate by 10%.
Imp - Increases the damage done by your Imp's Firebolt spell by 20%.
Incinerate - Increases the damage done by Incinerate by 5%.
Lash of Pain - Increases the damage done by your Succubus' Lash of Pain by 25%.
Metamorphosis - Increases the duration of your Metamorphosis by 6 sec.
Shadowburn - If your Shadowburn fails to kill the target at or below 20% health, your Shadowburn's cooldown is instantly reset. This effect has a 6 sec cooldown.
Unstable Affliction - Decreases the casting time of your Unstable Affliction by 0.2 sec.

Major Glyphs
Death Coil - Increases the duration of your Death Coil by 0.5 sec.
Demonic Circle - Reduces the cooldown on Demonic Circle by 4 sec.
Fear - Your Fear causes the target to tremble in place instead of fleeing in fear, but now causes Fear to have a 5 sec cooldown.
Felhunter - When your felhunter uses Devour Magic, you will also be healed for that amount.
Healthstone - You receive 30% more healing from using a healthstone.
Howl of Terror - Reduces the cooldown on your Howl of Terror spell by 8 sec.
Life Tap - Reduces the global cooldown of your Life Tap by 0.5 sec.
Seduction - Your Succubus' Seduction ability also removes all damage over time effects from the target.
Shadow Bolt - Reduces the mana cost of your Shadow Bolt by 15%.
Shadowflame - Your Shadowflame also applies a 70% movement speed slow on its victims.
Soul Link - Increases the percentage of damage shared via your Soul Link by an additional 5%.
Soul Swap - Your Soul Swap leaves your damage-over-time spells behind on the target you Soul Swapped from, but gives Soul Swap a 10 sec cooldown.
Soulstone - Increases the amount of health you gain from resurrecting via a Soulstone by an additional 40%.
Voidwalker - Increases your Voidwalker's total stamina by 20%.

Minor Glyphs
Curse of Exhaustion - Increases the range of your Curse of Exhaustion spell by 5 yards.
Drain Soul - Your Drain Soul restores 10% of your total mana after you kill a target that yields experience or honor.
Enslave Demon - Reduces the cast time of your Enslave Demon spell by 50%.
Health Funnel - Reduces the pushback suffered from damaging attacks while channeling your Health Funnel spell by 100%.
Kilrogg - Increases the movement speed of your Eye of Kilrogg by 50% and allows it to fly in areas where flying mounts are enabled.
Souls - Reduces the mana cost of your Ritual of Souls spell by 70%.
Unending Breath - Increases the swim speed of targets affected by your Unending Breath spell by 20%.

Cataclysm (Level 80+) New Skills
  • Fel Flame - Deals 224.81 to 261.27 Shadowflame damage to an enemy target, increasing the duration of Immolate or Unstable Affliction by 6 sec. / 6% of base mana, 35 yd range, Instant cast
  • Dark Intent - You link yourself with the targeted friendly target, increasing both of your haste by 3%.
  • When you or the linked target gains a critical periodic damage or healing effect, the other gains an increased 3% increased periodic damage and healing lasting for 7 sec. Stacks up to 3 times. Dark Intent lasts for 30 min. / 6% of base mana, 30 yd range, Instant cast
  • Demon Soul - You and your summoned demon fuse souls, granting the Warlock a temporary power depending on the demon currently enslaved.
  • Imp - Critical Strike damage on cast time Destruction spells increased by 60% for 30 sec. Each spell cast benefitting from this effect reduces the bonus by 20% until the bonus expires after 3 casts.
  • Voidwalker - All threat generated by you transferred to your Voidwalker for 15 sec.
  • Succubus - Shadow Bolt damage increased by 10% for 20 sec.
  • Felhunter - Periodic shadow damage increased by 20% for 20 sec.
  • Felguard - Spell haste increased by 15% and fire and shadow damage done increased by 10% for 20 sec. / 15% of base mana, 100 yd range, Instant cast, 2 min cooldown

Affliction
Primary Spells
  • Unstable Affliction - Shadow energy slowly destroys the target, causing 999.75 damage over 15 sec. In addition, if the Unstable Affliction is dispelled it will cause 1799.55 damage to the dispeller and silence them for 5 sec. Only one Unstable Affliction or Immolate per Warlock can be active on any one target. / 15% of base mana, 40 yd range, 1.5 sec cast
  • Shadow Mastery (Passive) - Increases Shadow spell damage by 25%.
  • Potent Afflictions (Mastery) Increases all periodic shadow damage you deal by 13.04%. Each point of Mastery increases periodic shadow damage by an additional 1.63%.

Skills
  • Seed of Corruption now deals 1303 Shadow damage over 18 sec, down from 1518. Inflicts 1062 to 1235 damage (down from 1633 to 1897 damage) when the target takes 1517 damage. Now has a 35 yards range, up from 30 yards. Soulburn Effect - Your Seed of Corruption detonation effect will afflict Corruption on all enemy targets. The Soul Shard will be refunded if the detonation is successful.
  • Bane of Doom has been reworked - Banes the target with impending doom, causing 1982.27 Shadow damage every 15 sec. When Bane of Doom deals damage, it has a 20% chance to summon a Demon guardian. Only one target can have Bane of Doom at a time, only one Bane per Warlock can be active on any one target. Range increased from 30 yards to 40 yards, no longer has a cooldown.
  • Howl of Terror now lasts 8 sec, up from 6 sec.
  • Curse of the Elements now increases magic damage taken by 8%, up from 6%. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards.
  • Curse of Tongues now increases casting time of all spells by 30%, up from 25%. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards.
  • Drain Mana now costs 12% of base mana, down from 17% of base mana. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards. Now lasts 3 sec, down from 5 sec.
  • Drain Life now drains the life from the target, causing 112.04 Shadow damage and restoring 2% of the caster's total health every 1 sec. Lasts 3 sec, down from 5 sec. Soulburn Effect - Cast time reduced by 50%.
  • Drain Soul now gives you 3 Soul Shards, up from 1. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards.
  • Curse of Agony renamed to Bane of Agony. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards.
  • Fear now has a 30 yards range, up from 20 yards. Cast time increased to 2 sec, up from 1.5 sec.
  • Life Tap now converts 15% of your total health to 120% of that into mana.
  • Corruption now costs 6% of base mana, down from 9% of base mana. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards. Now deals damage over 18 sec, up from 12 sec.
  • Curse of Weakness now reduces physical damage done by 10% for 2 min. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards.

Talents Changes
  • Haunt is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11. Now deals 585 to 685 damage, down from 645 to 753. Range increased from 30 yards to 40 yards.
  • Everlasting Affliction is now a Tier 6 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 10 and 5 Ranks. No longer gives additional spell damage. Now Increases the critical effect chance of your Corruption, Seed of Corruption and Unstable Affliction by 5/10/15%. Shadow Bolt no longer resets the duration of Corruption on the target.
  • Death's Embrace is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 9. Your Drain Life heals an additional 2% of your total health while at or below 25% health. Now increases damage done by Shadow Spells by 4/8/12% when your target is at or below 25% health. (Down from 35%)
  • Pandemic is now a Tier 6 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 9 and 1 Rank. Reworked - Reduces the global cooldown of your Bane and Curse spells by 0.25/0.5 sec. Your Drain Soul has a 50/100% chance to refresh the duration of your Unstable Affliction spell when dealing damage on targets below 25% health.
  • Improved Howl of Terror is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 8.
  • Eradication is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 7.
  • Shadow Embrace is now a Tier 4 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 5 and 5 Ranks. now increases all shadow periodic damage dealt to the target by you by 3/4/5%, up from 1/2/3/4/5%. No longer reduces periodic healing on the target.
  • Siphon Life is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 5. Reworked - When you deal damage with your Corruption spell, you have a 25% chance to be healed for 2% of your total health.
  • Curse of Exhaustion is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 5. Now reduces the target's movement speed by 50% for 30 sec, up from 30% for 12 sec.
  • Nightfall is now a Tier 5 talent, up from Tier 4.
  • Improved Life Tap is now a Tier 1 talent, down from Tier 2.
  • Improved Curse of Agony is now named Doom and Gloom - Increases the critical strike chance of your Bane of Agony and Bane of Doom by 4/8%.
  • Improved Corruption is now a 3 Ranks talent, down from 5 Ranks. Increases the damage done by your Corruption by 4/8/12% (Up from 2/4/6/8/10%). No longer increases the critical strike chance of Seed of Corruption.

New Talents
  • Jinx - Your Curse of the Elements also effects all nearby enemy targets within 20/40 yards of the cursed target. Also, your Curse of the Weakness reduces the targets energy, rage, focus or runic power generation by 5/10% while active.
  • Soulburn: Seed of Corruption - Grants the Soulburn empowerment to your Seed of Corruption spell. Your Seed of Corruption detonation effect will afflict Corruption on all enemy targets. The Soul Shard will be refunded if the detonation is successful.
  • Soul Swap - You instantly deal 149.96 damage, and removing your shadow damage-over-time effects from the target. For 20 sec afterword, the next target you cast Soul Swap on will be afflicted by the shadow damage-over-time effects and suffer 149.96 damage. You cannot Soul Swap to the same target. / 18% of base mana, 40 yd range, Instant cast

Malediction has been removed from the tree.
Contagion has been removed from the tree.
Dark Pact has been removed from the tree.
Improved Felhunter has been removed from the tree.

Primary Spells

  • Master Demonologist (Mastery) - Increases the damage done by your demon servants and damage you deal while transformed into a demon by 12%. Each point of Mastery increases damage by an additional 1.5%.

Skills
  • Demonic Circle: Teleport Soulburn effect - Movement speed increased by 50% for 8 sec.
  • Ritual of Souls now costs 27% of base mana, down from 80% of base mana.
  • Soulshatter now reduces threat by 90%, up from 50%. Cooldown reduced to 2 min, down from 3 min. No longer requires a Soul Shard.
  • Fel Armor no longer adds Spell Power from Spirit.
  • Ritual of Doom has been reworked. Summon Doomguard - Summons a Doomguard to fight beside you for 45 sec. The Doomguard will assist you by attacking the target which is afflicted by your Bane of Doom or Bane of Agony spell. / 80% of base mana, Instant cast, 10 min cooldown
  • Inferno has been reworked. Summon Infernal - Summons a meteor from the Twisting Nether, causing 25.86 Fire damage and stunning all enemy targets in the area for 2 sec. An Infernal rises from the crater, under the command of the caster for 45 sec. The Infernal deals strong area of effect damage, and will be drawn to attack targets afflicted by your Bane of Agony or Bane of Doom spells. / 80% of base mana, 30 yd range, 1.5 sec cast, 10 min cooldown
  • Enslave Demon no longer requires a Soul Shard.
  • Summon Felhunter no longer requires a Soul Shard. Cast time reduced from 10 sec to 6 sec. Soulburn effect - Instant cast.
  • Summon Succubus no longer requires a Soul Shard. Cast time reduced from 10 sec to 6 sec. Soulburn effect - Instant cast.
  • Summon Voidwalker no longer requires a Soul Shard. Cast time reduced from 10 sec to 6 sec. Soulburn effect - Instant cast.
  • Summon Imp no longer requires a Soul Shard. Cast time reduced from 10 sec to 6 sec. Soulburn effect - Instant cast.
  • Banish now lasts up to 30 sec, up from 20 sec.
  • Create Soulstone now resurrects with 30% health and 30% mana.
  • Health Funnel now sacrifices 1% of your total health to restore 6% of your summoned Demon's total health every 1 sec.
  • Create Healthstone now instantly restores health equal to 45% of the creator's base health.
  • Soul Harvest *New* - You seek out nearby wandering souls, gaining 1 soul shard and regenerating 15% of your health every 3 sec for 9 sec. Cannot be cast when in combat. / Channeled, 30 sec cooldown

Talents Changes
  • Metamorphosis is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11.
  • Demonic Pact is now a Tier 6 and 1 Rank talent, down from Tier 10 and 5 Ranks. Increases your spell damage by 2%, and your summoned demon grants the Demonic Pact effect to all nearby friendly party and raid members. The Demonic Pact effect increases spell power by 10%.
  • Decimation is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 8. Now affects target at or below 25% health, down from 35%.
  • Demonic Empowerment is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 7. Imp effect changed to "Instantly heals the Imp for 30% of its total health.". Felguard effect no longer increases attack speed by 20%.
  • Molten Core is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 6. No longer increases the duration of Immolate. Now has a 2/4/6% chance to proc when Immolate deals damage (Old - 4/8/12% from Corruption). No longer increases damage done or critical strike chance of Soul Fire.
  • Mana Feed is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 5. Now gives 30/60% (down from 100%) of the mana you gain to your summoned demon. Additional effect - When your summoned demon critically hits with its Basic Attack, you instantly gain 2/4% total mana.
  • Master Summoner is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 4.
  • Demonic Aegis is now a Tier 2 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 3 and 3 Ranks. Increases the amount of health generated through spells and effects granted by your Demon Armor by an additional 5/10%, and increases the amount of health regenerated by your Fel Armor by 50/100%.
  • Improved Health Funnel is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 2.

New Talents
  • Inferno - Increases the radius of your Hellfire by 10 yards, and you can now channel Hellfire while moving.
  • Hand of Gul'dan - Summons a falling meteor down upon the enemy target, dealing 1430.48 to 1689.43 Shadow damage and erupts an aura of magic within 4 yards, causing all targets within it to have an increased 10% chance to be critically hit by any of your demons. The aura lasts for 15 sec. / 7% of base mana, 40 yd range, 2 sec cast, 12 sec cooldown
  • Dark Arts - Reduces the cast time of your Imp's Firebolt spell by 0.25/0.5/0.75 sec, increases the damage done by your Fel Guard's Legion Strike by 5/10/15% and increases the damage done by your Felhunter's Shadow Bite by 5/10/15%.
  • Cremation - Increases the damage done by your Hellfire by 15/30%, and your Hand of Gul'dan has a 50/100% chance to refresh the duration of your Immolate on the target.
  • Ancient Grimoire - Increases the duration of your Infernal and Doomguard summons by 10/20 sec.
  • Aura of Foreboding - When your Hand of Gul'dan lands, all enemies within 4 yards will be rooted for 2/3 sec and stunned for the same duration if they are still within the Curse of Gul'dan aura 6 sec afterward.
  • Impending Doom - Increases the chance for your Bane of Doom to summon a demon by 10/20/30% when it deals damage. Also grants your Shadow Bolt, Hand of Gul'dan, and Incinerate spells a 5/10/1515% chance to reduce the cooldown of your Demon Form by 15 sec.
  • Demonic Rebirth - If your summoned demon dies, you gain the Demonic Rebirth effect reducing the cast time of your next summon demon spell by 50/100%. Lasts for 10 sec. This effect has a 2 min cooldown.

Removed Talents
Improved Demonic Tactics has been removed from the tree.
Summon Felguard is now a primary spell in the Demonology tree.
Nemesis has been removed from the tree.
Demonic Tactics has been removed from the tree.
Demonic Resilience is gone.
Demonic Knowledge has been removed from the tree.
Master Demonologist has been removed from the tree.
Master Conjuror has been removed from the tree.
Unholy Power has been removed from the tree.

Destruction
Primary Spells
  • Conflagrate - Instantly deals fire damage equal to 60% of your Immolate's periodic damage on the target. / 16% of base mana, 40 yd range, Instant cast, 10 sec cooldown
  • Cataclysm (Passive) - Increases Fire spell damage by 25%.
  • Fiery Apocalypse (Mastery) - Increases all fire damage you deal by 10%. Each point of Mastery increases fire damage by an additional 1.25%.

Skills
  • Shadowflame now has a 25 sec cooldown, up from 15 sec. Now deals 437 additional Fire damage over 6 sec, down from 644 over 8 sec.
  • Incinerate now has a 40 yards range, up from 30 yards. Now deals 483 to 562 (down from 582 to 676) Fire damage and an additional 121 to 141 (down from 145 to 169) if the target is affected by Immolate.
  • Soul Fire now has a 40 yards range, up from 30 yards. Cast time reduced to 4 sec, down from 6 sec. Now deals 2210.55 to 2770.97 damage, up from 1323 to 1657. Soulburn Effect - Instant cast.
  • Hellfire now deals 286 Fire damage every seconds, down from 451.
  • Rain of Fire now has a 35 yards range, up from 30 yards. Now deals 1692 damage over 8 sec, down from 2700 damage.
  • Searing Pain now deals 727 to 862 damage, up from 343 to 405 damage. Cost increased from 8% of base mana to 12% of base mana. Range increased from 30 yards to 40 yards.
  • Immolate now burns the enemy for 677.42 fire damage (up from 460) and an additional 2150 (up from 785) Fire damage over 15 sec. Only one Unstable Affliction or Immolate per Warlock can be active on any one target. Mana cost reduced from 17% of base mana to 8% of base mana. Range increased from 30 yards to 40 yards.
  • Shadow Bolt now deals 573 to 640 damage, down from 690 to 770. Cast time increased to 3 sec, up from 1.7 sec. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yards.

Talents Changes
  • Chaos Bolt is now a Tier 7 talent, down from Tier 11. Range increased to 40 yards, up from 30 yardS.
  • Fire and Brimstone is now a Tier 5 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 10 and 5 Ranks.
  • Backdraft is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 9. Now only reduces the cast time of Shadow Bolt, Incinerate, and Chaos Bolt.
  • Shadowfury is now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 9. Now deals 615 to 733 Shadow damage, down from 968 to 1152.
  • Empowered Imp is now a Tier 6 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 9 and 3 Ranks. Reworked - Your Imp's Firebolt has a 2/4% chance to cause your next Soulfire spell to be instant cast within 8 sec.
  • Shadow and Flame is now a Tier 1 and 3 Ranks talent, down from Tier 8 and 5 Ranks. Revamped - Increases the damage done by your Shadow Bolt and Incinerate spells by 4/8/12%, and your Shadow Bolt has a 33/66/100% chance to cause the Improved Shadow Bolt effect to the target. The Improved Shadow Bolt effect causes the target to be vulnerable to spell damage, increasing spell critical strike chance against that target by 5% for lasts 30 sec.
  • Soul Leech is now a Tier 4 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 7 and 3 Ranks. Reworked - Your Shadowburn, Soul Fire and Chaos Bolt instantly restore 2/4% of your total health and mana when they deal damage and also grant Replenishment. Replenishment - Grants up to 10 party or raid members mana regeneration equal to 1% of the maximum mana per 10 sec. Lasts for 15 sec.
  • Nether Protection is now a Tier 5 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 6 and 3 Ranks. Reworked - After being hit with a spell while using Nether Ward, you gain Nether Protection, reducing all damage by that spell school by 15/30% for 12 sec. Nether Protection can only occur once per Nether Ward.
  • Emberstorm is now a Tier 2 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 6 and 5 Ranks. Reduces the cast time of your Soul Fire by 0.5/1 sec and your Incinerate by 0.125/0.25 sec.
  • Backlash is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 5. No longer increases your critical strike chance with spells.
  • Improved Immolate is now a Tier 1 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 5 and 3 Ranks.
  • Improved Searing Pain is now a Tier 2 and 2 Ranks talent, down from Tier 4 and 3 Ranks. Now Increases the critical strike chance of your Searing Pain spell by 20/40% on targets at or below 50% health.
  • Shadowburn is now only usable on enemies that have less than 20% health. Rewards 3 Soul Shards if the target dies, up from 1. No longer requires a Soul Shard. Cost reduced from 20% of base mana to 15% of base mana. Range increased from 20 yards to 35 yards.
  • Aftermath no longer increases the periodic damage done by Immolate, gives your Rain of Fire a 6/12% chance to stun targets for 2 secs instead.
  • Improved Shadow Bolt is now a 3 Ranks talent, down from 5 Ranks. Renamed to Shadow and Flame. Reworked - Increases the damage done by your Shadow Bolt and Incinerate spells by 12%, and your Shadow Bolt has a 100% chance to cause the Improved Shadow Bolt effect to the target.The Improved Shadow Bolt effect causes the target to be vulnerable to spell damage, increasing spell critical strike chance against that target by 5% for lasts 30 sec.
  • Bane is now a 3 Ranks talent, down from 5 Ranks. Reduces the casting time of your Shadow Bolt. Chaos Bolt and Immolate spells by 0.1/0.3/0.5 sec. No longer reduces the cast time of Soul Fire.

New Talents
  • Bane of Havoc - Banes the target for 5 min, causing 15% of all damage done by the Warlock to other targets to also be dealt to the baned target. Only one target can have Bane of Havoc at a time, and only one Bane per Warlock can be active on any one target. / 10% of base mana, 40 yd range, Instant cast
  • Nether Ward - Transforms your Shadow Ward into Nether Ward. You must be within Demon Armor or Fel Armor in order for the transformation effect to occur. Nether Ward - Absorbs [ 80.7% of Spell Power + 3180.25 ] spell damage. Lasts 30 sec. 30 sec cooldown.
  • Burning Embers - Your Soulfire and your Imp's Firebolt cause a Burning Ember damage-over-time effect on the target equal to 15/30% of the damage done lasting 7 sec. The Burning Ember effect deals up to [ 0.071%/0.143% of Spell Power + 21.423 ] fire damage every 1 sec for 7 sec.
  • Improved Soul Fire - You increase your spell haste by 7/15% for 15 sec after you Soul Fire a target at or above 80% health. This effect has a 15 sec cooldown.

Removed Talents
Improved Soul Leech has been removed from the tree.
Conflagrate is now a primary spell of the Destruction tree.
Pyroclasm is gone.
Devastation has been removed from the tree.
Intensity has been removed from the tree.
Destructive Reach has been removed from the tree.
Demonic Power has been removed from the tree.
Molten Skin is gone
Cataclysm has been removed from the tree.

Awesome compilation Falcrist. So much to do..and i just dont think I'll be ready to raid on Wed. But this helps tremendously.

If someone could just give me a quick reply about Backdraft, it'd be appreciated. Does it still only effect the next 3 casts? Or does it effect all casts during the duration? And with the glyph of Conflag, now the cd is down to 8 secs?

Stamina is correct. Considering most end-game pieces of gear will have over 300 stamina, it's meant to be a buff worth while.
