[Raiding] Should I respec from Aff to Demo/Dest

I have about 1050 SD with fel armor and 15% with my current raiding build and 201 spell hit.

Our guild is currently doing SSC/TK and farming in Gruul, Mag and Kara.
We usually have 3 warlock in our raid. So I respec would not affect the raid.

I would like to max my dps. Based on the worksheet, it shows that I will have a high dps as demo then aff/dest. I know I probably won't have enough crit for 0/21/40 build but will 0/40/21 bring out more dps.

I know some of the slot is not probably gem but I am going to replace them soon. And I have the horseman ring to replace my Ashyen's gift. Can also replace the Qeye with the skyguard ribbon for crits.
